Overflowing rubbish causing health hazard

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Please could someone contact the landlord of 1A Ambra Vale, a small block of apartments used by students and others, about the overflowing boxes and bins of rubbish which are polluting the pavement and nearby lane. This is an invitation to rats.
