Skip parked on disabled parking spot

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 21:21, Thu 22 September 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I noticed this skip parked in a disabled spot on the Bath Road (outside number 238) some weeks ago. I emailed the company named on the skip on 3/9/22 to inform them that it was full and to ask when it might be removed but I have not received a reply. It does not have any lights or cones around it which I believe are a legal requirement for skips parked on public roads. I do not know if it has a valid permit and I am not clear that it has fluorescent reflective markers. I believe this skip represents a hazard to other road users and needs to be investigated.
