Road markings required as driveway frequently obstructed by third party vehicles

We are consistently being prevented from driving our own vehicles out of our driveway due to other people blocking our driveway with their cars. We have reported this upwards of 4 times in the last 12 months to the police. Please can the Council provide a section of road lines preventing parking immediately outside our driveway. There is only space for 1 vehicle between our driveway and next door’s driveway however this space is often occupied by 2 vehicles hence the frequent obstruction.
