Pavement blocked by overgrown hedge

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3842552.

Hedge has grown through the wire fence and is blocking most of the pavement. Hedge is in the allotments, so owned by the council (I believe) hence reporting here - rather than to a private land owner.
