Guard Knocked Off BT Telegrapg pole presumed by Grass Cutter

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3846398.

I have picked up a metal DP to Telegraph Pole cable guard for the BT Telegraph Pole opposite roughly 10 or 12 Arnall Drive, that was laying on the ground - I presume it has be clouted by a grass cutter!?
