Tree sponsorship tree disappeared and sponsor unaware of what has happened?

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3851703.

Tree sponsorship tree owned by reporting citizen the metal protection and plaque has been removed, believes tree has died and has been removed, however has not been contacted in regards to this issue and would like to know what's happened.

Located: come up stoke hill towards the downs to traffic lights and turn left towards white tree, 3rd tree on left hand side.
