Leaking water main running down street and into Basement Flat patio

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 13:54, Tuesday 27 September 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

A leaking water main a couple houses up from our basement flat seems to be running down the street and then draining through the pavement/concrete and onto our stairwell to our front door. There has been a consistent pool of water on our steps. Its causing quite a safety hazard and we're especially worried about slipping in the case of a frost.

Our basement flat is on 8 Sydenham Road and the water seems to be coming from the water main access cover on the pavement in front of 11 or 12 Sydenham Road.
