Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3853055.

Reference 3843295. I had an update to say you were unable to take any action. Please explain why this is. There is no signage to say slow down, no speed bumps. To just close the report without explanation is disappointing & unsatisfactory. An explanation may have helped to understand a little better.
