Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This has been apparent for over a week now. Unfortunately the photo taken of the problem would not upload to this notification. The problem exists on the Bristol Council side of the BANES & Bristol boundary. The vegetation appears to be parasite vegetation and now impedes one side of the road.
