Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
All the flowers in the traffic calming flowerbed at the entrance of Whitehall Avenue are dead and there is dirt and other debris scattered over the road. This has been like this for months. Please can this be tidied up ASAP.

The street planters in Whitehall Avenue are neither owned nor maintained by Bristol City Council. The planters are regularly inspected. There is no dirt or other debris on the road near any of the four planters on Whitehall Road. At this time of the year, the flowers in the planters are not in bloom, and so the planters are not as colourful as in the summer.
