This pavement is constantly filled with people fly tipping and overflowing bins. Unsightly, disgusting (flies) and annoying. Constantly reported to council to dispose of rubbish left. Something needs to be done. Clean streets signage or CCTV to catch the offenders, or deter them. This is a residential area and no one should have to live with constant fly tippers and reporting the issues to no avail.
