Surface of 'pavement' between the Sea Walls and Ivywell Road is in poor condition. It gets worse the nearer you get to the Sea Walls.

The surface of the 'pavement' is in a terrible state, lumps out of the surface, holes and dips, very unstable when pushing a wheelchair etc.
