Asked the householder about cutting this hedge to the property boundary. He responded that in 30 years of living in the house he had never left the pavement clear for wheelchair users. Can't believe he was PROUD of that!!

  • This was first reported 8 months ago. I am still unable to use the pavement with a pushchair...so wheelchair use of the pavement is still impossible.
