Please can this be fixed with a matter of urgency. It is very dark and dangerous. I go to work at 5:30am and I can’t even see to lock my door properly or get to my car.

This is disgusting how it’s not been done already. I have a 65 year old neighbour one side with her neighbour being 80. A 60 year old man on the other on a walking stick after having an accident and myself with 3 young kids. This needs to be done NOW

The residents immediately effected by the lack of street lighting have repeatedly reported and have been managing this issue since before November’22….We understand the problem/ job has been raised with your contractors and appropriate repairs will be carried out asap….surely Bristol city council duty of care should trigger some sense of urgency concerning our safety…. ??

Regarding the lack of street light outside 41 Westbrook Rd… it is now 3 months since this was first reported!! During the recent icy weather and early morning starts the level of urgency to ‘fix my street’ light has undoubtedly increased!! We all pay our council tax which entitles us to expect a certain standard of service from Bristol City Council…. Do we really need to wait until someone trips or slips before this problem is fixed ???

This is the 7th time I have reported the failed street light at 41 Westbrook Rd !! I have, as requested also included a photo… It was initially reported approximately 60 days ago … from the information on your ‘fix my street’ page the problem should have been attended to within 20 days…. I have tried option 2 on your Bristol city street light phone line and waited 20 minutes and had no answer even though I was first in the queue … We’ve done everything possible at our end … please could you chase your contractors up to FIX OUR STREET LIGHT … Thanks in anticipation
