Voi Electric scooters left on cycleway

Voi electric scooters are frequently left in groups on the Portway shared pavement, the examples in the photos show protrusion off the verge, and obstruction reducing the path width in one of the few places that it is wide enough for two way use. The scooters can also be place where hidden by bushes until very close.

Voi should be required to block parking in these locations and on cycle paths generally.
