The low growing Rose of Sharon flowers and the Box hedge have grown so far over this (adverse camber) pavement that an elderly neighbour who uses a walking frame, and a friend who uses an electric wheelchair, cannot pass without taking to the road on a blind bend. Their lives are put at risk!
