Plant growing in drain.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3966053.

We have a road drain out side 15 cowdray Rd bs41sf . It's starting to smell and has a large plant growing inside. Might cause further problems due to the weather we're due to be having. Just noticed it whilst de weeding my curb.
