Metal Gates opening onto footpath

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3967429.

Contrary to Highways Act 1980. 109 Wallingford Road has metal gates on their driveway which open outwards onto the footpath. They are usually left open, thus causing an obstruction for pedestrians and the disabled.
