Street light not working at all

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This is an elderly person dwelling and This lamp post is on a path in front of no 11,10 & it’s directly outside no 9. Lone Carers attend two of these bungalows 24hrs a day and it’s extremely dark. This same problem occurs over and over again.
