Illuminated board light, that is constantly on.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This light is constantly on and it is right outside my bedroom window. It is keeping me up every night. Please could a cover be fitted , one side of the light to be painted (the side closest the building), or something similar. The light is positioned to the left hand side of the front door to house number 302 (you have to turn down stretford street to get there). Thank you, Rosie
