Series of potholes appearing on recently surface dressed road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Several potholes between Coombe Bridge Avenue and Cheyne Road. This road wad only dressed in last 12 months, I was told by your department level 2, surface dressing was supposed to prolong road surfaces by 10-15 years! Less than 1 year has past, not good value for money I'd say. Though it looks like road repairs weren't carried of beforehand as also stated by level 2 as surface dressing looks to have been laid into potholes, cheapskates move. Council just tells lies and makes it up as they go along!!
