There has been a problem with flooding from this drain for several winters. This year's alternating heavy rain & freezing temperatures has meant that almost the full width of the road has been flooded & becomes icy when the temperatures drop. In addition, it is situated on a right-angled bend meaning there is no visibility as you drive round it. Illegal parking makes this more dangerous & now there are vehicles in the middle of the road avoiding the flooding/ice. It needs urgent attention.
