It is urgent!! Cannot be passed with self propelled wheelchair. Wheelchair users have to go into oncoming traffic on road!! Also trip hazard for elderly & disabled people with mobility problems that can't lift feet high enough!! Pathetic closing down of previous reports as not urgent, clearly disabled people aren't worth as much as road users? Can see the road got a very unnecessary set of repairs!!
