Sunken cover and frame

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3985749.

This cover and frame has been an ongoing issue for years. The repair is made and a couple of months later it sinks again. The cover and frame are broken as well now, this is a serious issue now, you either take the risk of hitting oncoming traffic to avoid it or you loose your tyre, wheel and suspension going over it.
