Multiple accidents due to unclear signage

Reported via desktop in the Road signage category anonymously at 21:35, Thursday 24 November 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

When driving towards this junction from Muller Road and Stapleton Road, there is an arrow sign indicating straight on only. Many many drivers (including taxis) routinely ignore/don't understand this sign and attempt to turn right into Gloucester Street and I have seen multiple accidents where they collide with vehicles or cyclists coming West down Fishponds Road in the outside lane. If the sign was changed to a no right turn (with clear 'no right turn' writing) then I think people would change their behaviour and further accidents would be averted.
