Blocked drain in middle of forecourt of garages

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4003398.

Off Little Paul street there are some garages. The drain in middle of forecourt is blocked. Can't be seen, but may have no cover either causing a trip risk. Flooding is rising to doors of garages and presumably flooding into the garages.
