Hi,
Please can you advise when this will be done? This should have been done the first time and was the main reason the ticket was raised. I have had no communication of why it was not done, even though the pictures uploaded are very clear of the issue. I appreciate the branches that were removed from the garage roof however these were not the ones of main concern to me. I think there is damage to the roof as a result of the trees please can you provide me a process of how I can claim such costs against the council?
Some communication of even a apologist would of been appreciated for the errors that have been made.
Thanks for your time

Hi,
Thanks for the update can you please provide some context of why the main purpose of the job when raised previously.Basically I would like to know why the job it’s wasn’t done the first time? Please don’t copy and paste previous responses and contact your contractor who should have an obligation to provide you with an answer.
I do also think you should not close down cases until you have confirmation from the citizen that the job has been done.
Thanks for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.
