Exceptionally uneven pavement caused by tree roots

I am a young fit and healthy senior nurse who now has a seriously swollen and bruised left knee and right elbow. I left coco rose beauty this evening on Druid hill and tripped over a significantly damaged and uneven pavement. I am not going to ED as aware that they are swamped however this trip hazard will cause significant damage to an older Person very soon. I did not lift my foot high enough to step over this - and it’s in the middle of the normal pavement. V dangerous and a bad accident waiting to happen
