Missing coal hole cover outside 13 Arlington Villas

There is an approximate 1 ft.² hole in the pavement leading down to a cellar outside 13 Arlington villas. Perhaps the metal cover has been stolen? I have reported this to the agency who own the building and they have done nothing in the last three weeks. If you put your foot into this in the dark, you would have a nasty injury.

  • Still a big hole there. Someone has jammed a waste bin into it, if I stepped into it in the dark I’d be injured. I’ve rung the property company who have done nothing at all.
