Overgrown garden and hedges

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4024543.

The tenants have not touched the garden since moving in a few years ago. The garden is a disgrace with long weeds growing and grass. The front hedge is becoming a hazard to walk past 3rd time of reporting
