Whole footpath broken up

At the part of Brook road that goes into a footpath that goes up towards beechwood road, around the area 37-41 brook road are, the pavement has never been maintained, gravel and mud everywhere, needs resurface to make it safe, lots of elderly use this and mums getting stuck with pushchairs etc, please investigate asap
