Your computer has said the case is closed. But nothing has been done. The freezing weather makes the whole area treacherous for walkers. It is outside a school, a care home and sheltered housing. It happens every year. It needs planning ahead. But who do residents get in contact with - apart from the unconscious and useless computer?
