Fights between squatters in abandoned caravan which started to involve innocent passers by in the form of unprovoked approachings, foul insults and aggression. Broken glass everywhere from disagreements. More fly tipping around area because of degraded, graffitied, damaged derelict caravan.

If anyone else is following this perhaps you can add your concerns to them. Stated reply time is 15 days. Sigh.

Council has powers to act under S134 of the Highways Act but needs to give notice of 30 days before removal can occur.
