REF: 3115327. This problem was first reported in November 2021 and the contractor arrived today to repair it. Unfortunaely, while the damaged surface around the drain has been repaired, the drain itself is still c45mm below the surface to which it joins (see attached pic). Please send an engineer to look at it and also advise me to whom I should adress a claim for a damaged wheel
