Light is out right outside number 64

My mother is 78 and the light is never on outside her house number 64. Someone numbers plates were stolen and someone's car was broken into. She could have a nasty accident not being able to see getting down the steep steps.

The area in the top of the crescent right down beyond our property and no. 74 is pitch black because this light is out and the nearest two are a long way away. We have had our car broken into recently and last night a neighbour had their car sprayed with graffiti. We need this light repairing asap please

When are you going to fix this. Its not acceptable, its a health and safety risk. It's been going on too long now the street is in darkness.

This fault was reported over 2 months ago, it is still not working, the houses near the lamp are all occupied by elderly residents and have very steep steps. I have raised a complaint with the local councillor.
