How much longer must we wear wellington boots to exit my house, every time it rains the water is driven into the front of my property . the pathway on either side of drain is impossible to use unless you are wearing wellington boots.

Seriously. Lack of action for week. Gully trap needs to be sucked out [Silt and Debris] then jetted. This is not a war zone. Pull your finger out.

This is an accident waiting to happen and it could be very serious. The pooling from this blocked drain is so deep, that school children are being forced to walk into the road to pass this and cars are swerving around it. Something needs to be done immediately

Every car that comes around the bend in this road, is forced to apply their brakes quite hard to negotiate this pooling of water. It’s unacceptably dangerous, especially as this is so close to a school, and the school children are having to walk into the road to avoid the water pool, which is above ankle hight. Something needs to happen soon!

If only I could upload the videos of what is happening on this pavement with the cars and pedestrians. If I close my eyes I can almost believe I’m in the Bahamas with the waves of water that comes through under my gate. However the reality is, it’s filthy water and people have to walk into the road to get by. I just love wading through the water to get to work and I’ve always wanted the bottom of my house to covered in muck. I appreciate waiting for contractors is lengthy but it’s been 3 months and this is the UK so the rain isn’t going anywhere but neither am I unless I fancy a swim.

Closed as non-urgent but blocking 20+ft of footpath with floodwater, and blocking road When floodwater gets high it encroaches onto property of 46a.

I would like to ask what constitutes as an emergency. I have once again had to sweep my forecourt to clear the grime that has been swept in by the flood that follows any rain, if it was not for my drain in my forecourt the road would be flooded permanently, the footpath is still under water about 20ft either side of my gate and has been since January 11, other than when it does not rain.
