One of the sections of the manhole cover in the middle of the junction has caved in.

On the 18th I saw that the manhole had been entirely replaced and the nearby road resurfaced.
On the 19th I received this email from Bristol City Council:
"Thank you for your online report. The Highways Officer has inspected and sent a Section 81 defect notice to British Telecom asking them to rectify the broken manhole cover.
"You should see an improvement soon but should you have any further queries then please do not hesitate to contact the Customer Services Centre either by email or telephone on 0117 9222100, option 3.
Customer Services Officer"
Very good response from the council and British Telecom.
