Flooding no path

I reported in November the gullies between the pin on the map and Philips street are blocked now we have a river and an unusable path. Please can some action be taken to clear the gullies all the way along so this doesn’t become another issue when we have more rain due on the weekend 21/22 of January onwards. Please see photos to the following, we have made a temporary plank but this can’t stay there forever in the Rd. There is also water collecting on the other side of the road where the gullies are blocked as well. I did state this when I called in November. It’s the whole stretch and pools outside the site entrance.
