Vehicles repeatedly parking on outside of sharp bend

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 16:58, Thursday 12 January 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4120554.

There is an increasing problem with vehicles parking on the right-angle bend at the top of Beechwood Road. There are double yellow lines on the inner side of the bend, but when vehicles park on the outer side then there is zero visibility of oncoming cars, and cars cannot get around the corner. There have been many recent incidents of traffic jamming up as two cars get stuck in this very narrow space. Please would you consider double yellow lines on the outside of this sharp bend, as well as the inside, in order to enable at least one car at a time to get through? Thank you.
