Blocked drain flooding path in heavy rain

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4120883.

This drain has always been blocked on and off, and floods the path when it does. Cars frequently drive over the corner of the pavement and is therefore broken and the sections wobble when stood on.
