Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4122585.

Out side number 124 Bishopthorpe Road, Horfield,the owner has pour concrete in the kerb to make drop kerb to allow his caravan to enter his front garden. Surely you need the councils planning permission to pour concrete on the kerb to make a drop kerb.!
