Arley Park Two cycles abandoned locked into the street sign , I reported this issue by the reference number 3756780 on Mon 15 August 2022 , came back as fixed which not , today I took this picture the tow bicycle still in the same place abandoned & obstructing the street for pedestrian ,can you please fixed. Thank you .

Still the two abandoned bicycle locked in the street sign for more than 8 months since my first report back in August 2022 . Please can you remove them from their as it's an obstructing the way of the pedestrian and covering the sights of road signs plus it's an eye sore.
