Ash(?) tree in bad shape

Reported via desktop in the Tree in poor health category anonymously at 12:25, Mon 16 January 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4135445.

Hi This tree looks like its dying,. Large branches fall off it when its windy. Its located in the field just off Ham Lane on a path that people and kids use regularly. I feel its a safety concern as a large branch could fall off and land on a person or a kid as they walk to school. This tree has been like this for a number of years, however the size of the last branch, that I removed, could have caused serious damage or worse if it hit them.
