Temporary signage obstruction
Reported via desktop in the General highways enquiry category anonymously at 16:44, Tue 17 January 2023
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4141628.
A temporary sign has been left on the pavement indicating work to be carried out on the 28th January and a road closure.
This sign has been placed on the pavement and it is causing a dangerous obstruction to pedestrians on a busy road where most motorists drive in excess of the speed limit. This sign takes up at least 3 quarters of the pavement, leaving a very narrow gap between it and the road of approx 50cms.
Please move this sign to a place which does not endanger pedestrians.
