Continual stream of water / leak on pavement and overgrown hedge
Reported via desktop in the Pavements category anonymously at 14:36, Friday 27 January 2023
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4177020.
There has been water leaking in two places in this location - this has already been reported and yet nothing is done. Seems to be a permanent water leak. No with the colder weather, it's a severe hazard for pedestrians, with the pavement turning in to a sheet of ice. The hedges at this spot are also overgrown - so not good for the many schoolchildren who use this route to get to Fairfield and Trinity schools.

Over two months further on and nothing has been done! The latest phase of the roadworks has pushed more pedestrians down this way to use the temporary crossing to get across to Lidl, Aldi etc. Why is the available workforce on the roadworks job not put onto clearing this up for a day or two? It is clearly within the site limits for the scheme and should have been rectified before the new temporary crossing was put into use. Who signed it off as being safe to use?
