Blocked drain

We initially reported this blocked drain on the 21st November 2022 and keep receiving notifications the problem has been fixed. It has not. The drain is completely full of sediment see attached photo and no water can drain away. The original job reference is 3903890. I am fed up of my car being soaked in dirty water as vehicles pass through water 3 inches deep. It is a danger to pedestrians and to road users. Please arrange for the drain to be cleared.
