Kerb stone broken out

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4180954.

Yet again the bin lorry has driven over pavement and ripped out kerb stone and not for the first time they need to be told when leaving the flats to actually drive on road and not pavement
