Blocked drain

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Contractor arrived and unblocked the wrong drain. We advised the driver that it was the wrong drain. we also said that we will move a car so that he could clean the blocked drain, he shook his head and drove away. THIS IS NOT EXCEPTABLE AS ITS BEEN BLOCKED SINCE NOVEMBER. I look forward to your response.
