  • Smeone has attempted to repair this hole, but they have done a very poor job of it. The new concrete isn’t level with the surrounding road, so there is a dip and looks like jagged edging. In my opinion this was done on a budget, but it will open up again soon and need another repair. I’m wondering if anyone checks the quality of repair work.
