Degredation of road surface, danger to cyclists and micro mobility users

Road surface has degraded extremely poorly from junction to pelican crossing and beyond to bus stop. Degredation has started to become dangerous to cyclists and micro mobility users as it has worsened with recent adverse weather.can result in snagging wheels and sudden shifts for riders potentially causing them to be in danger from other road users. Needs urgent attention / remedy.

Just to add - This whole section of A38 was resurfaced back in summer. NOW after winter freeze cold weather the top tarmac surface coat has given out brocken up disintegrating leaving a uneven rutted surface and potholes starting to come.
